Who We Are
Keep Columbus Beautiful (KCB), an affiliate of Keep Mississippi & America Beautiful, is a volunteer-based community action and education organization. KCB is dedicated to mobilizing volunteers to improve Columbus’ appearance by emphasizing the importance of litter prevention, beautification, recycling, education, and behavior change. KCB is governed by a volunteer Board that brings strong experience from legal, education, reality, design, tourism, government, and other professions. Together we create and manage sustainable and innovative programs that encourage civic engagement. KCB meets every second Tuesday of the month at 5:15 pm in the Public Reception Room of City Hall.

Keep Columbus Beautiful (KCB) is an organization formed in 1995 by civic and business leaders as a grassroots volunteer group dedicated to community improvement, litter prevention, beautification, recycling, and sustainability. KCB is an affiliate of Keep Mississippi Beautiful and Keep America Beautiful.
