We are internationally accredited by the International Council of Helplines. We answer the 988 calls, the 800-273-8255 (TALK) calls, and Text and Chat, as well as provide a warm line for callers in crisis. Our Reassurance Program is one of the largest in the United States, assisting elderly and disabled to continue to live independently in their own homes. We have existed since 1975.
We provide telephone crisis intervention to those who are in personal crisis (warm line and suicide line). We also are serve the elderly and disabled with daily phone calls to assist them in living safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Thirdly, we offer the entire range of available community resources to those who may need them.
