Founded by Tae Harris in Columbus, Mississippi, The Harris Initiative was created to provide opportunities that inspire growth, leadership, and success. Our mission is to impact youth and communities by presenting mental, spiritual, educational, and future growth opportunities that enhance personal and professional development. Through mentorship, scholarships, community initiatives, workshops, giveaways, leadership experiences, and strategic partnerships, we help individuals gain access to the resources, guidance, and opportunities needed to reach their full potential. We believe every person deserves access to opportunity. By investing in people today, we help build stronger leaders, stronger families, and stronger communities tomorrow.
