The Traffic Guidance Team will help officers to guide Child Care facility employees to the appropriate place so that they can receive their supplies and PPE equipment. 

We will use this day to prepare materials for our upcoming MLK Day of Service event.

The Event Setup and Breakdown Team will help to setup prior to the event and help to breakdown and load up after the event.

The Supply Distribution Team will load boxes of supplies and PPE into the cars of registered Child Care facility employees.

This team will go to cars and ensure that the Child Care employee has registered for the event and shows a picture ID to verify that they are the registered individual. Once the volunteer has verified that the employee has registered and has a pictur...

Volunteers at the T-shirt Distribution table will give all volunteers their designated t-shirts for the day.

Volunteers at the sign-in table will ensure that each volunteer has signed in, gotten their temperature taken, and completed all necessary forms before beginning their volunteer service for the day.
